Dr. Allen has over 30 years of experience as a clinician and educator in orthopedics, sports medicine, and hand therapy. She has worked as a consultant for professional softball and baseball teams and players and has expertise in Upper extremity evaluation and treatment, as well as lower chain biomechanics and foot and ankle injury management. She is a co-founder of the Therapy Partners Group Sports Residency Program and the UE Athlete Fellowship with the Cincinnati Reds.
