Dr. Michael Chance comes from a chiropractic family spanning four generations and over a century of service in the profession. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate with highest honors from the University of Florida, he went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with highest honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1978.
Dr. Chance has been practicing in Gainesville, Florida, for more than 40 years. In 1984, he was honored as one of the first two chiropractors selected to work with Olympic athletes at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
A leader in innovation, Dr. Chance specializes in and recently developed a protocol and adjusting technique known as the Chance Hypothalamic Reset Technique™.
He is a former President of the Florida Chiropractic Association (FCA) and served for many years on its Board of Directors. In recognition of his contributions, he was named Florida’s Chiropractor of the Year in 2010.
Dr. Chance currently serves on the Board of Directors for Palmer College of Chiropractic and was recently elected a Fellow of the institution.
