Dr. Jessica M. Mohler serves as the Assistant Director and Coordinator of Sport Psychology Services at the Midshipmen Development Center, United States Naval Academy. A former naval officer and trained sport and exercise psychologist, Dr. Mohler blends her unique background to support the development of elite performers and future military leaders.
She made history as the first psychologist to chair the NCAA Committee on Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sports, leading a national team in shaping health and safety policy for over 400,000 collegiate athletes. Her influence continues through her contributions to the NCAA’s Mental Health, Sleep, and Diverse Student-Athlete Well-Being Task Forces.
In the professional sports world, Dr. Mohler designed and led the mental skills training program for the Baltimore Orioles, playing a key role in their first divisional championship in nearly a decade. She now consults privately with Olympic teams, collegiate athletic departments, and professional organizations in MLB and the PGA, delivering high-level performance strategies rooted in sport psychology and resilience under pressure.
