There are many moving parts to the revenue cycle system, each needing sufficient training, time and attention in order to best ensure healthy revenue processes and positive patient relationships. Join this segment to review each of the moving parts of the revenue cycle system and how you can evaluate to measure strength and weakness in your own revenue cycle processes. Because the revenue cycle system is always going to be an imperfect system, it is critical for a business to have protocols in place to effectively keep your fingers on the pulse.
