Dr. Sabrina Atkins studied for her Bachelor of Science, Masters of Sports Injury Management, and Doctorate of Chiropractic Care at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. She graduated in 2001 from Life University with honors.
Dr. Atkins has extensive experience working with athletes and athletic organizations offering years of expertise in the field of sports injury management and performance enhancement.
She serves as Official chiropractic physician for: Orlando Ballet since 2005 and NBA’s Orlando Magic since 2009

Her involvement in team sports began with the women’s basketball team at Life University, with whom she traveled, during her internship for her Masters of Sports Injury Management.

She was honored locally by the Orlando Business Journal as a recipient of one of the 40 Under 40 awards where business professionals, and entrepreneurs under 40 are recognized for their achievements. Mollie Frawley currently works with the Florida Chiropractic Association as Insurance Liaison Coordinator providing FCA members information on regulatory, insurance and general business issues. A Registered Nurse and a legal nurse consultant, she is also a diplomate of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP) and is a Certified Case manager (CCM). Ms. Frawley worked 9 years as a hospital clinical nurse, 16 years for the State of Florida in Medicaid, Corrections and Workers’ Compensation, 10 years as an independent consultant with her own business, and 3 years as a telephonic case manager handling litigated workers’ compensation cases. Her career has included thirty years of medical record review, health care monitoring and fraud and abuse investigations and 18 years of professional speaking including the development of nursing and medical continuing education programs. These experiences have included consulting, expert witnessing, developing administrative rules, assisting InterQual in developing the initial quality and utilization review program for Corrections, organizing and implementing a utilization and peer review program for the Division of Workers’ Compensation, identifying data queries to red-flag inappropriate billing practices and creating internal processes to identify, document, and track activity in order to monitor and analyze outcomes. As a volunteer, she has served on 2 fraud task forces assisting in creating a wallcard of “red flags” for identifying potential fraud, has participated on her certification board’s committee that prepared and reviewed test questions under the oversight of the National Board of Medical Examiners, has served as a Florida Supreme Court certified County Mediator in Leon and Gadsden Counties’ Small Claims Courts promoting alternative dispute resolutions and as a member of the Corrections Medical Authority’s Quality Management Committee. Her nonprofessional organizational interests include various fund raising activities for local nonprofit agencies as a local chapter leader with her religious fraternal organization, receiving the 2008 Volunteer Excellence Award within the Florida Region.

Dr. Fucinari has helped train doctors and staff over the last 20 years. After graduating from Palmer College, Dr. Fucinari completed studies in chiropractic orthopedics and attained his certification as a chiropractic sports physician.
He currently practices full time in Decatur, Ilinois and is on the faculty and post-grad faculty at Logan Chiropractic College. Dr. Fucinari is a certified medical compliance specialist. Paul Watson Lambert has represented the Florida Chiropractic Association since 1977 and has been a member of the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys since 1978 serving as its president since 1985. Mr. Lambert has been in private practice since 1977 limiting his practice to representing health care providers and trade associations.
Mr. Lambert graduated from Florida State University (BA 1968) and was granted a juris doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law in 1971. Mr. Lambert was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1971 and is admitted to practice in all federal courts in Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeal.
Mr. Lambert served as a Florida Assistant Attorney General (1971-74), staff counsel to the Florida Legislature Joint Administrative Procedures Committee (1975), Staff Director to the Florida Senate Select Committee on Property Rights & Land Acquisition (1975-76) and staff counsel to the Florida Senate President’s Office (1977). Mr. Lambert has served as Chairman of the Florida Bar Administrative Law Section, President of the Florida Government Bar Association, Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Florida Medical Examiners Commission, and served on the Florida Pain Management Commission of the Florida Medical Examiners Commission.

Dr. Jeff Lewin is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a graduate of New York Chiropractic College. Dr. John Lockenour is a 1977 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. After completing his graduate degree, he completed a diplomat through the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedist. Additional certification in chiropractic rehabilitation, manipulation under anesthesia, and applied diagnostic testing, along with a fellowship in the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture give him a vast background that he brings to teaching and consulting.
