Adolescent health is evolving rapidly, with significant changes affecting both male and female patients. Earlier onset of puberty, increased chronic pain, growing mental and emotional health challenges, and a rise in medication usage and surgical interventions are affecting this population. Today’s adolescents often present with conditions previously only seen in adults. Chiropractors are in a unique position to offer early intervention, holistic care, and long-term health strategies. This session will examine the most common conditions seen in male and female tweens, teens, and young adults and provide evidence-informed chiropractic care, educational strategies, and tools for improving wellness across the adolescent spectrum.
