Dr. Farabaugh practiced in Columbus, Ohio from 1982–2018. He continues to serve as the VP and National Physical Medicine Director for Advanced Medicine Integration Group, LP (AMI) since 2015. He has held various positions in chiropractic: President of the Central Ohio Chiropractic Association and Ohio State Chiropractic Association (1996–1998); in 1994 he was appointed by Governor Voinovich to the Healthcare Quality Advisory Council (helped design work comp in Ohio); appointed by Governor Strickland to serve on the State Chiropractic Board from 2010 to 2014; in 2012 (to present) appointed to serve on the Official Disability Guidelines Editorial Advisory Board (ODG); in 2023 he was appointed to serve as Chairman of the American Chiropractic Association’s Research Advisory Board; from 2000 to date involved with The Clinical Compass (formerly the Council for Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP)), elected Chairman in 2005; in 2024 appointed to serve on the Scientific Commission of The Clinical Compass; in 2014 Dr. Farabaugh was elected to serve on the board of the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) as a Councilor-Category II, representing clinicians, and served until 2020.
Dr. Farabaugh has been published approximately 15 times in peer-reviewed journals, focused primarily on best practice/guideline topics. He has provided expert opinion/testimony in over 100 malpractice cases in the U.S. He is also a past Chairman of the Chiropractic Department of Columbus Community Hospital and helped establish one of the first free chiropractic clinics in the Columbus region via Vineyard of Columbus (2007).
Dr. Farabaugh was twice awarded both the OSCA President’s Award (1989, 2000) and Chiropractor of the Year Award (1990, 1996), and was chosen Chiropractor of the Year in 2013 by the Central Ohio Chiropractic Association. He was selected for inclusion as a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors (2010). He is also the founder of the popular Chiropractic Bootcamp seminars, a unique, fast-paced, and exciting seminar that blends evidence with clinical decision-making and marketing.

David Testone has been an educator and an insurance professional throughout his career.
David has earned a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame. He has taught at every grade level from elementary school to college highlighted by teaching an eight week business communication course in China.
Approximately 20 years ago David left teaching and returned to the insurance industry. Utilizing his prior knowledge an experience from being a District Claims Representative for Mutual of Omaha in Detroit, David took a position as an insurance billing consultant at a law firm in New York. It was here David was introduced to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Federal Workers’ Compensation billing procedures and protocol.
David is now an independent biller specializing in U.S. Department of Labor Federal Workers’ Compensation billing for chiropractors. His first client was a chiropractor in Staten Island, New York. David was able to resolve the chiropractor’s previous issues with the U.S. Department of Labor. Since that initial resolution of U.S. Department of Labor billing, David has spoken at several District meetings of chiropractors in the New York metropolitan area and has had an article about U.S. Department of Labor billing published in the New York State Chiropractic Association’s newsletter,”On the Agenda”.
