Chiropractors will be briefed on the many recent legislative changes and potential impacts to their practices on both the state and federal level.  Disciplinary pitfalls are also highlighted, along with strategies to steer clear of them.

Chiropractors will learn more about the clawbacks of PIP benefits under the legal allegations of fraud from the lawyer who took the case to trial in 2024.  He will discuss the new tactics used by the insurance companies and their lawyers’ cottage industries of clawing back years of PIP benefits from chiropractors across the state.

“The Nurse Lawyer” will discuss her expertise in how the 2024 Tort Reform Law impacted chiropractic offices across the State and how to best work around the reforms.  Chiropractors will learn about the best documentation methods in preparing a case for trial.

The last year, there have been some setbacks in PIP legal decisions and coding interpretations.  Chiropractors will learn what those setbacks are, how they may impact their offices, and how to avoid setbacks in the future.
