Description: Chiropractors will be briefed on the many recent legislative changes and potential impacts to their practices on both the state and federal level. Disciplinary pitfalls are also highlighted, along with strategies to steer clear of them. Attendees will have their recollections refreshed on the regulations surrounding relationships with marketers, permissible ownership of a Florida chiropractic practice, medical integration, and advertisement requirements. With the Federal Rule on noncompete agreements in flux, chiropractors will learn about potential alternatives such as non-solicitation agreements that might be a feasible alternative solution to provide protection for an employer.
