  A Florida native and U.S. Air Force veteran, Dr. Lance Armstrong began his career as a B-52 Flight Instructor-Bombardier after commissioning as a 2nd Lieutenant through UCF’s ROTC program. He served globally, earning multiple medals for high-level missions and survival training with U.S. Army Special Forces. After sustaining spinal injuries during several in-flight emergencies, and being denied chiropractic care while on active duty, he transitioned into the chiropractic profession—earning his degree from Palmer College and opening Armstrong Chiropractic in his hometown.

  For over 25 years, Dr. Armstrong has combined his clinical expertise with advocacy for Veterans and underserved populations. He was instrumental in helping bring chiropractic care to military and VA systems, treating hundreds of active-duty personnel and combat-injured Veterans as a Red Cross volunteer. He coordinates chiropractic services for homeless Veterans across East Florida and has mentored interns through Palmer College as an Adjunct Professor. His long-standing service includes support for the Brevard County SWAT Team and numerous national efforts with the Patriot Project and Rolling Thunder.

  A recipient of the FCA’s Chiropractor of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year honors, Dr. Armstrong remains active in community service, veteran support, and public education. He lives in Cocoa Beach with his wife, Dena, a certified yoga and wellness instructor. Together, they volunteer through Kiwanis, Rolling Thunder, and other service organizations, continuing their shared mission of healing and honoring those who serve.
