    Attorney Michael G. Silverman is a founding partner of Silverman Bain, LLP, whose practice focuses on advising healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs on all aspects of their business operations, from startups through ongoing operations and sales.

    Born and raised in South Florida into a chiropractic household, Michael obtained his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.

With the increasing popularity of this style of practice incorporating chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, and other disciplines under one roof, it is critical for practitioners to understand the legal and ethical considerations that come to play.
