After completing Lori Allen’s Referrals, Retention and Reactivation – (Part 1 and Part2) training, you will have learned the necessary steps to retain your patients, when/how to ask for referrals and steps to stay in touch with past patients on a regular schedule. Any of these systems/protocols can be quickly implemented in your practice to increase volume and improve the wellness of your patient base.

Learning Objectives:

Referrals

In the referral training you will learn the perfect time to ask for the referral. How to approach the subject and what verbiage works best. Examples of preferred patient programs. The five steps to a successful referral program!

Retention

There are tons of information available about how to attract new patients to your medical practice, but little thought is given to patient retention. What most professionals do not seem to realize is that retaining a patient requires less time and money than acquiring a new one. We will learn a powerful Recall/Reschedule program.

Reactivation

You work long and hard to acquire new patients through you front door. Don’t let them just slip away to oblivion. Reach out and let them know you are still interested in their well-being. Set your schedule to regularly communicate with these individuals keeping your practice in their line of vision. You will learn how to set up your reactivation calendar, who to reach out to and when to reach out. When you complete this training, we hope you will agree that once you start a  reactivation protocol you never stop.
