Provides in-depth training into the subluxation process and patterns in the pediatric population, through the 10D Perfect Storm model of subluxation put together by Dr. Tony Ebel. This model dives deep into the triggers of subluxation, neurological dysfunction, dysregulation, and dysautonomia that then leave a child stuck in a “neurological storm” of stress, inflammation, and chronic illness. The course then links this Perfect Storm sequencing and specific subluxation patterns to both acute and chronic illness in kids, helping attendees learn how to care for the pediatric population in a principled, congruent, subluxation-based model.
Additionally, the session provides in-depth training in the way of care planning, communication, analysis, adjusting, and more. In summary, the 4-hour course is equal parts a deep dive into the neuroscience of subluxation in kids, and then the clinical application of this work so that it can be put into practice in a simple, straightforward way come Monday.
Learning Objectives
- Explain the neurological and physiological mechanisms by which prenatal distress, birth trauma, and subluxation contribute to chronic illness and neurodevelopmental disorders in children.
- Analyze the 10D Perfect Storm subluxation patterns and apply the Dyskinesia, Dysafferentation, Dysautonomia, and Developmental Dysponesis framework to pediatric case interpretation and care planning.
- Demonstrate the use of the Perfect Storm + Neuro-Tonal Clinical Care Model, including the 5-Step Neuro-Tonal Adjusting Process, to deliver principled, neurologically focused chiropractic care for children with chronic health challenges.
