Jacqueline Bain is a founding partner of Silverman Bain LLP, a boutique health law firm in Boca Raton. Her practice is focused on corporate transactions and operational compliance for healthcare providers and businesses. Jacqueline lectures regularly in the community and routinely advises her clients about statutes and regulations that govern healthcare businesses.
Jacqueline has achieved both Florida Bar Board Certification in Health Law and a Certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association. She is admitted to practice in Florida and New York. She is a member of the Florida Bar Health Law Section Executive Council and the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization’s Health Law Certification Committee.
