Scott Kirschbaum, Esq., is a Senior Partner and co-chair of the Nursing Home and Adult Living Facilities practice group with more than thirty-three years of experience defending medical professionals, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers in complex litigation matters. His practice focuses on wrongful death, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, nursing home and assisted living negligence, group home and treatment facility claims, including defending negligence claims against chiropractors, acupuncturists, aestheticians, and licensed massage therapists. Scott has tried more than forty-three jury trials, handled numerous bench trials and arbitrations, and has argued appeals before Florida’s Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal.
