Sean Pastuch DC, ECITS

I’ve learned more about myself from my wife, more about leadership from my kids, and more about success from my mentors than I have learned in any book, school, or business.

I chased an aspirational life of working with the world’s highest athletic performers and caught it only to learn that it was less inspiring to me than helping people with more relatable lives experience more of their potential. The first team I was named captain to was in 8th grade, so I always thought I was a “natural leader”, until I learned the difference between being loud and being a leader.

My job is to create a safe and inspiring work environment in which our team and clients can pursue a mutually shared mission we all value. I’ve seen the gaps in the fitness and healthcare industries, and I’ve met the people who fall through them. My intention is to close those gaps and empower millions of people to enjoy a life well lived.

If we ever meet, please ask me a hard question
