Dr. William Sherrier was appointed president of Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida campus in June 2023 and is the second administrator to hold this title. Dr. Sherrier earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Stockton University and, after graduating from Life University in 1989, practiced chiropractic for many years in the northeastern United States and then Florida. He has spent most of his professional career at Palmer’s Florida campus, having the distinction of being the first faculty clinician hired by Palmer when it opened in 2003. Prior to Dr. Sherrier’s role as campus president, he had held the titles of associate professor, director of practice foundations, associate dean of clinical sciences, and dean of academic affairs. During his tenure at Palmer, Florida, Dr. Sherrier earned a Master of Arts degree in Applied Learning and Instruction in 2015 from the University of Central Florida, where he was awarded a graduate merit fellowship. His experience and leadership reflect his dedication to chiropractic education and to Palmer College of Chiropractic.
