Course Description
This two-hour interactive course equips chiropractic practice owners with a practical CEO framework for managing their office, leading their team, and delivering consistent patient care — using artificial intelligence as the operational backbone. Attendees will explore the critical distinction between functioning as a clinician and functioning as a practice CEO, and will learn how AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and EHR-integrated platforms such as Heidi Health, ChiroTouch, and Jane App can be applied to build standard operating procedures, strengthen team communication, clarify delegation, and document the operational identity of their practice. The course is structured as a working session: attendees participate in live AI demonstrations and use custom GPT tools during the session to begin building assets they can implement in their practice immediately. HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and appropriate boundaries for AI adoption in a clinical environment are addressed throughout. All AI tools referenced are cited as illustrative examples and do not constitute endorsement of any specific product or service.
Learning Objectives:
- Apply a CEO leadership framework to restructure daily operational decision-making, distinguishing between tasks that require owner judgment and tasks that should be systematized and delegated, using AI tools to build the supporting structures for each.
- Demonstrate practical use of large language model tools to generate standard operating procedures, team communication frameworks, and a practice code of conduct appropriate to a chiropractic office management context.
- Construct a tiered implementation plan for adopting AI tools within a chiropractic practice, identifying immediate applications for office operations, team management, and leadership decision-making.
