Course Description
This 2-hour course provides a practical, technique-based overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) applications for common orthopedic disorders. Attendees will explore the philosophy and diagnostic framework behind TCM, followed by hands-on instruction in core treatment methods including acupuncture point formulas, “Circling the Dragon,” auriculotherapy, Gua Sha, electrical stimulation, laser stimulation, and Tunia joint manipulation. Participants will also review TCM treatment dimensions and pattern differentiation to support effective point selection and clinical integration. Lumbar spine conditions such as sprain/strain, disc syndromes, DJD/DDD, facet syndrome, spondylolisthesis, and spinal stenosis will be used as primary clinical examples.
