Course Description:

Explore the foundational role of the foot in athletic performance, injury prevention, and full-body biomechanics. Chiropractors will learn how to assess and correct gait and running mechanics, optimize footwear selection, and implement foot and toe strengthening strategies to improve balance and stability. Emphasis is placed on real-world application in community sporting events, equipping the doctor to address common kinetic chain dysfunctions and support athletes in reducing pain and enhancing performance from the ground up.
