The Adjusting Grind: Precision, Power & Performance – Part 1

Course Description:

This high-energy, technique-driven seminar is built for doctors who want to sharpen their adjusting skills through real, hands-on practice—not just theory. Participants will dive deep into sacrum and atlas adjustments, followed by an intensive, off-the-seat adjusting lab covering all major spinal, pelvic, and extremity techniques.

With live demonstrations, guided practice, and direct instructor feedback, this session is designed to refine precision, improve speed and control, and build true clinical confidence. Doctors will leave with practical skills they can immediately apply in practice, along with a stronger command of safe, effective, neurologically informed adjusting.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Analyze and assess spinal, sacral, and atlas biomechanics to identify common misalignments.
  2. Perform safe, precise, and neurologically informed adjustments for the spine, pelvis, and major extremity joints.
  3. Demonstrate effective patient positioning, hand contacts, vectors, and force application for all techniques.
  4. Integrate full-body adjustment sequences to improve clinical efficiency, speed, and control.
  5. Apply hands-on skills confidently in practice through guided lab exercises and direct instructor feedback.
