Dr. T. Foster Bryant is ScoliCare Naples’ Head Scoliosis Clinician. Dr. T. graduated from Auburn University in 1998 with a B.S. in Exercise Science with honors, Cum Laude. While at Auburn, Dr. T. was involved in research and doctoral studies related to Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics and Human and Motor Development. He was also awarded a full athletic scholarship and served as an Auburn University Ambassador. After graduating Dr. T. went on to Life Chiropractic University for his Doctorate in Chiropractic. During his time at Life, he received his Fellowship in Chiropractic Pediatrics from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Post-graduation, he moved to Naples, Florida, and opened his practice. Specializing in Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP), he put special emphasis on corrective spinal rehabilitation. He has been practicing in Naples Florida for over 20 years and grew his family practice with a focus on correction and CBP care.
In 2015, Dr. T. became a ScoliBrace clinician and expanded his practice to meet the needs of the Naples community and beyond. His passion for taking care of older individuals with spinal deformities and collapsing postures naturally progressed into utilizing the science and technology of the ScoliBrace and KyphoBrace. Dr. T. also has extensive experience providing treatment to children and adolescents with scoliosis and hyperkyphosis. In May 2023 he attended The International Society on Scoliosis Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Treatment (SOSORT)’s annual meeting held in Melbourne, Australia in conjunction with Spine Week and was inducted as a member.
Dr. T has now transitioned and opened the first ScoliCare Clinic outside of Australia. ScoliCare is a world leader in non-surgical scoliosis treatment, the manufacturer of ScoliBrace, and has dedicated scoliosis clinics in Australia that have operated for the last 10 years. Dr. T also consults for Scoliosis, Hyperkyphosis, and spinal deformity cases worldwide. He is looking forward to advancing the science and research on Scoliosis and other spinal deformities with his colleagues in SOSORT and CBP.
In his free time, Dr. T enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, and 2 sons, Jake and Cole, on their farm which includes goats, chickens, cats, and dogs. He has a passion for fishing in the Everglades and helping in Everglades restoration and conservation.

For the prior twenty-plus years, Ms. Driggers was in private practice in Orlando and Tallahassee, Florida, initially representing the interests of insurance companies in their defense of injury and insurance claims. After many years and for the majority of her practice, she put her insurance knowledge to use in representing medical providers, injured patients, and homeowners in the denial of insurance benefits, and litigating insurance claims in courts throughout Florida.
Kim is well known in the area of Personal Injury Protection insurance law (No-Fault or PIP insurance) and has authored numerous articles, testifies regularly in the Florida Legislature, and lectures for the Florida Chiropractic Association throughout the State of Florida. She is a longstanding member of the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys.
In August 2019, Ms. Driggers became the first Non-Chiropractor and the seventh woman since 1963, to be elected to the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the international testing agency for the chiropractic profession that develops, administers and scores standardized exams for the chiropractic profession.

Dr. Gargano has 30 years of orthopedic physical therapy experience with the majority of those years as the owner of a successful orthopedic private practice. In 1999 he became Board Certified in Orthopedics through the American Physical Therapy Association. He was the recipient of the Ohio Chapter’s award for outstanding clinical excellence in recognition of his contribution to the practice of Physical Therapy. Dr. Gargano and Dr. Ma have been working and training together since 2008. Their varied clinical skills and experiences bring a new perspective to the use of a dry needling for musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Working side by side in clinical situations they are able to gain new perspectives on combining their treatment philosophies. Since 1996, Dr. Gargano has been instructing advanced educational seminars across the US and internationally. He is an Accredited Mulligan Concept Instructor and a former International Executive Board member of the Mulligan Concept Teachers Association (MCTA). In 1998, Dr. Gargano developed the seminar entitled “The Upper Cervical Spine in Headaches, Dizziness and Pain; A Neuro-Orthopedic Perspective.” This specialty course provides knowledge on the clinical management of cranial, cervicogenic and vestibular conditions. Dr. Kris Tohtz graduated magna cum laude from the National University of Health Sciences in April 2001. While attending chiropractic school, she also began working toward a Diplomate in Acupuncture and in August 2009 received her Diplomate in Acupuncture from the American Chiropractic Association’s. After attending two supervised medical internships in Beijing and Hangzhou, China, she found advanced studies to be warranted and obtained her Master of Science in Acupuncture (MsAc) through the National University of Health Sciences graduating summa cum laude in August 2014. She has completed an advanced certification in Pregnancy and Pediatric care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric and is a trained post-partum doula. She also successfully completed training to become a practitioner in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. She teaches continuing education to healthcare practitioners of all types on the topics of acupuncture, dry needling, pregnancy, nutrition, and pediatric care. She has also earned a certification through the prestigious Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She has served the ACA Acupuncture Council in all positions for over 10 years and is presently helping the ACA Pediatric Council coordinate the educational components of their Diplomate program.
Dr. Tohtz has been a clinician for over 20 years and is the owner and lead clinician at Serenity Family Wellness, a managing partner at Fusion Care, LLC, the Educational Co-Coordinator for the ACA Pediatric Council’s Diplomate Program and is the Acupuncture Clinician though the Veteran Administration at Post St. Lucie, Florida.
